We worked with Eileen on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home both happening simultaneously. She was great to work with. Since we were moving to an area we were not familiar with, she did a great deal of research to help guide us and took us to many different properties to get an idea of the area and the type of homes available. On the sale side, she helped us in choosing a good price range and some low-cost improvements to help prepare the house for a quicker sale.
