An excellent experience selling a home that was faster and easier then we had expected and hoped

From first meeting with Eileen Riffer we felt everything was well taken care of and we were in good hands, moving forward we were assured throughout the entire process and felt confident in the decisions made, this was our first time selling a home and had no idea where to start so it was daunting. We were fortunate to have her expertise, she guided us and showed us prices of houses in the area from research and was able to market and showcase our property wonderfully, going as far as to showcase it via social media and have professional photos done as well as create pamphlets and a video. Everything that was put together far exceeded our expectations for what anyone could make for us. We really did not think our home would sell as fast as it did and we honestly cannot believe how smooth the process was, even when I had anxieties during parts of the process she reassured me and like she had said everything worked out perfectly. She was so incredibly professional throughout the process as well and gave excellent input when needed, we feel her experience selling properties definitely shone throughout our time working with her. We're so incredibly happy we chose her and looking back we wouldn't have chosen anyone else for the job, we're so grateful we picked someone who cared so much and put so much work into getting the property on the market and sold.
