Eileen was absolutely the best relator one can find (and we had worked with others before). She made herself available all hours of the day- and on weekends- and always made herself available to get us in to see houses. She also was exceptionally honest. There were many times she could have pushed us to buy something, but would always point out things she saw that were wrong and offer her honest advice in terms of if this was truly a house for us. We worked with her for months and months and saw tons of houses. We finally did find a house we loved. While a bidding war was involved, Eileen's extensive knowledge of negotiation tactics and terms helped us win the home. We also ran into a slight issue after obtaining the home and Eileen still made herself available for support and guidance.
