We started out as realtor and client and ended up as good friends. I knew Eileen from a couple projects we did together in the past and my good friend, Ed, used her to sell his house and buy a new one and raved about her. He was right. She was over-and-above. We had some problems with an adjacent parcel of land and she seamlessly guided me through the morass and safely to the other side. She has a great take on homes, people and the selling process. She's much more than professional, she's personal, and that's truly powerful. I would (and have) recommend Eileen to anyone in the Denver or mountain area.
