I cannot begin to tell you what a great agent Eileen is. I am a Broker Salesperson and Real Estate Instructor in NJ so when I say she is spectacular, I'm right on the money. There wasn't one thing I could complain about. Working with a client that is out of state is kind of hard. She didn't make it feel that way. She sent us listings to look at after a lengthy conversation of what we were looking for. She set up appointments, we saw a few houses, guided us on making an offer and the house was ours! The house is exactly what we were looking for and then some. She knew the inventory and especially the areas. We did not waste any time at all. Eileen listened to my needs for finding a new home. We wasted no time on stops that were not appropriate for me. She asked all the right questions of the sellers' agents to ensure that I found the right home. When it was time to sell my home, again she listened to my comments and was able to list the home at an appropriate price to attract enough viewers to take a look. The home was sold in a very short time frame to the right buyers, again with little stress. She handled both the buy and the sell in a very professional manner.
