It all started when I clicked on a home to browse and I scheduled a viewing. I was put in touch with Alexa Howell for viewings. Ever since then, she has been extremely responsive and always available for questions and advice on purchasing a home. She began with a call to give some background information on her and her team and was greatly enthusiastic the entire way through. This was my first time buying and she really made the process hands free. All I had to do was find a place I liked and she would handle the rest. I was greatly intimidated by making an offer and she was able to confidently guide me the entire way through that offer process, drafting up an offer that beat out 8 other offers! Once the offer was accepted, Alexa was hard to work on scheduling all the various parties and had awesome suggestions on who to go through for home inspection, radon testing and sewer scoping as well as a very solid contact for home insurance. I just had to pay the bill, and she would take care of the rest. We found some issues on the house, and even though the seller was firm on no-repairs, she was even able to negotiate a significant portion of cash towards closing to make the deal meet on both sides. All in all, we were able to close the deal in just 25 days and I would say that I couldn’t have picked a more knowledge, motivated and hard working individual to buy my first home. She is always available to answer any questions and quickly finds out anything we are both unsure of. She also has a solid team backing her up and providing support. She was there every step of the way and I full heartedly recommend her for any future purchases!
