We found Egle in 2019 through a referral. We were purchasing a home from out of state and decided on a new build. We ran into a problem with the builder and she negotiated with the builder to fix the problem. We got the problem solved for no extra money on our part. We got a better deal and a better build home that we wanted with Egle. She even gave us a darling welcome home present which we loved and used in our home!She maintained contact with us over the next two years and when we decided to sell this home - we knew Egle was our realtor! She builds a strong relationship with you and is so professional. She worked with us and told us what we needed to do to get the home ready to sell. She helped us set the price and then she marketed it expertly. We had an open house and found a fantastic buyer. She kept us up to date during the entire transaction and she got our home sold quickly and easily - she did all the work, made sure all documents were prepared correctly, and we dealt with excellent title companies and banks. She really knows her stuff and she truly cares - and she is honest. I 100% recommend Egle to anyone - and have recommended her to everyone I know.
