Efren Ortiz did a fantastic job to sell our house in Blue Island. He knew the market well, was respectful in his suggestions to improvements, clearly described how we could get a good price, and was always available when needed. Efren truly made the process easy for us. Because of his advice, when we finally listed our house we had 4 competing offers, two of them ABOVE asking price the first weekend it was listed! I would personally recommend Efren to anyone buying or selling a house.
