A Great guy to have on your team

We were initially referred to Efrain by a trusted friend whose family has extensive real estate experience. We found him to be professional, thorough and a clear communicator who maintained careful contact with us throughout the process. There were definitely some ups and downs for him as we were trying to figure out tax implications for our estate and evaluate offers from another developer. He would have been justified in giving up on us, but he maintained a professional relationship and helpful attitude in spite of setbacks and disappointments. From the start he always took my questions seriously and never complained that I asked too many. He was not intimidated by my attempts to separate "what's in it for you?" from "how does this serve my best interests?" He is knowledgeable, experienced, and able to clearly articulate the significant factors involved in real estate decisions. In the end, we came back to him when we were ready to sell. He brought us a buyer who offered us top dollar and paid cash, then followed the deal through to closing. I highly recommend Efrain as a competent real estate agent.
