This was our first home buying experience and it was phenomenal! When my wife and I decided it was time to pursue our dream Mr. Terrones was the first person to congratulate us on our milestone. He followed that up with a warning and piece of advice, he said there is going to be alot of moving parts and at times it will feel over whelming but keep in mind when your process is complete I will put keys in your hands to your new home! With that piece of advice we went though the process and couldn't be any more satisfied with our realtor of choice.
