Not only did Effy Delmedico do the things one would expect and do them very well, she also did things she didn't have to do. For example, she got a money order for us when our schedule was tight. She also met the water meter reader for a final reading when we couldn't be there, and many more things like that. Plus she was always very pleasant in all her interactions with us.
