As a first time home buyer, Effie was extremely patient and helped me with all of my questions. I was super nervous about whether I could afford it, my credit score, etc, and Effie helped me realize I don't need perfect everything to purchase a home. There are plenty of programs that change regularly to help people get a home. In the beginning, as we looked at homes, she started understanding my style and picked up on what I'd like/not like. She was fast to schedule appointments to view properties which is so important in this market (homes are selling fast). When looking at homes, she would notice things that might require some additional attention, or some benefits I hadn't thought of. She was an awesome second set of eyes when looking at properties. After several offers, I my offer was accepted and Effie was great explaining the process, what to expect, etc. She was very fast to respond to my questions. She was always optimistic, believing I'd get the home I was meant to have. I think she was right - the process went very well once I found this property. Never did I feel pressured to buy something - there were times where we both felt a property wasn't right and we'd move on. If I liked the property, I put an offer in, if not, we moved on. Simple. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a first time home buyer! I would highly recommend working with Effie.
