Margaret was very professional through the process of selling the house as part of the estate of my mother. It was a difficult process. Margaret was the best!!! I was a first time buyer and I had no clue what to expect when purchasing my first home. The home that I purchased was a short sale and I had no clue at the time what this meant but Margaret explained to me the whole process step by step and how it works. From my understanding short sales may take significantly longer than a normal sale but with Margaret I was able to move into my home in 3 months. This was probably the fastest short sell ever and this was because of her vast knowledge in dealing with short sales and because of the people/contacts Margaret has. Margaret was very professional and understanding of my needs and budget. She didn't push me into something just to make a sell and to this day we still communicate on a weekly basis. She was my realtor and now she's a close friend. I highly recommend everyone to use her!!!

in december 2009. Margaret was unbelievable, she took control of the sale of my home after other real estate agents had no luck. i could not sell my home because of the high taxes on long island. Margaret sold my home it was like she was selling her home. She was very considerate, patient with anyone coming to see the home and she showed it herself.
