Edye Londer

Edye was a wonderful coach through my first-time home-buying experience. She knew all the right questions to ask me and pointed out all the right considerations I should be thinking about for my first-time purchase. When I was having trouble getting the right analyses from the first lender I selected, she recommended someone fantastic who was immediately able to get me the right numbers to make the right buying decision. Buying property for the first time can be a pretty stressful experience, and I'm deeply thankful that I had Edye there to guide me through it every step of the way. I can't recommend her enough. My wife and we're pretty skeptical about the real estate business to begin with due to previous horrific circumstances. However, after finally in the position to buy again we were referred to Edye by a family member. We didn't know her but after our first meeting my wife and I knew and we're confident Edye would find our home that would meet our criteria. Edye, we feel did the impossible she not only found "the one" but in the school area we wanted our kids to go to school. She tirelessly and paintiently worked with us. With her advice and counsel we now have the home we thought we could never have. I have dealt with "other" realtors who would answer calls during a showing, conduct other business and act like they rather be some where else. I expressed this to Edye during our initial meeting and she made us feel like we were her only clients. In so many ways Edye went above and in my opinion beyond what is standard for realtors. I cannot express fully how satisfied we were with Edye but I will be telling my friends about her and will be using her in the future.
