Edwin demonstrated patience, kindness, resourcefulness and knowledge.
Edwin was always available when I reached out with questions or comments. When visiting condos for sale, he checked key areas such as windows, appliances and locking mechanisms. Very knowledgeable regarding real estate terminology. He also had strong people skills and multi-tasking skills. Never showed frustration. I want to emphasize his patience as I needed several visits to the condo I am purchasing.
