I have been in the service profession all of my adult life, with a passion for helping others. For me, helping others is a trademark! My Realtor motto "Your Goals - My Priority", says it all. I served in the U. S. Navy for twenty-two plus years. I started my career as an E-2 and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer (W-3) Ship's Clerk. After retirement from the Navy, I became a full time Pastor of a local church, and ultimately I transitioned to a Real Estate Career.
As a REALTOR I serve Virginia Beach city, Chesapeake city, Norfolk city, including the seven cities of Hampton Roads.
I'm an Associate Broker serving in my company as the Supervising Broker for more than 40 high producing professional agents.. I believe that I am a well rounded agent with skills to serve all buyers and sellers. Training is essential to me as I believe it is vitallly important that I remain knowledgeable about the changing market conditions and trends.
Currently, I serve on numerous committees within the real estate community. I'm a member of the Sales Managers Advisory Committee (SMAC). Our primary purpose is to review all contract forms which are the same forms your agent would use to prepare your listings and/or offers. What this means to you is that I'm extremely knowledgeable about the contracts we use in the Hampton Roads (757) area. I also serve on the Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA) as a member of the Membership Advisory Committee. In the community I serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Indian River Family YMCA and I have served on the Christian Emphasis Committee for the YMCA of South Hampton Roads.
I also work with the Leader and Overseer of The International City of Refuge Christian Church Ministries as "Special Admin Assistant" to the Bishop. In this position I assist with a myriad of church related activities.
