When Ed says "list your house for $x" listen to him. He knows. We were selling a family home and everyone from immediate family to neighbors to strangers weighed in on what they thought we could get. We listed a bit higher than he recommended and wound up selling right where he predicted. Save yourself time and listen to him! Besides that, Ed was a joy to work with. He was extremely communicative about all aspects, which gave me, as a novice seller, confidence. And whenever he wasn't available, which was rare, Suzie was right there.
