Understanding and patient are words I would use to describe Mr. Munoz.
Mr. Edwin Munoz made buying my first home less stressful and an enjoyable journey. He was always available to answer any questions I had. He demonstrated professionalism from beginning (multiple showings) to the end (day of our closing). He has a tremendous knowledge base regarding multiple areas within real estate from questions on taxes to market rate rents and variety of programs available when purchasing a new home. If there was something he couldn’t answer, he would exercise due diligence and find us the answer. Mr. Munoz will definitely go above and beyond to find you exactly what you are looking for.
