Edwin went above and beyond for me during the purchase of my first home. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and hesitations and he was incredibly patient and informative. He took time to go to several open houses and private appointments with me pointing out areas of the home that I would not have know to look at. He has extensive knowledge of upgrades and quality issues and also a great sense of repairs that may need to be made including costs and timing. He was an excellent guide and overall I feel I was very well represented during my purchase.
