Edwin has helped me purchase two houses in Tampa over the past few years - first a rental home in Palm Harbor and then a new build primary home in Wesley Chapel. Edwin does a really good job at listening to his clients needs, and he will be open and honest on why you should or shouldn't buy a property. I think he gets a kick out of guessing which one will be your favorite. I think his words to me were "If I know you, I am guessing you will picking this one" . He was right.
