It came time to sell my mothers house and move her to assisted living. Trying to get this all accomplished in 3 weeks needed a miracle worker. Along came Ed Whitman! He came on a Wednesday took all his photos and a video and by Saturday I had 3 offers! By the following Wednesday all bids were in and final. Ed has the experience and knowledge to walk me through each offer and explain the pluses and minuses for my situation.
