When I told a friend that we were looking to sell our condo he strongly recommended I talk to Edward Slavis who had been excellent to work with. Edward did an excellent market analysis which helped us make decisions about the level of painting and remodeling we would do prior to selling. Due to the excellent analysis and recommendations provided by Edward we were able to sell our condo for a higher price and more than recoup the cost of our upgrades. Edward was excellent to work with. Always very timely and took care of all the details. I would highly recommend Edward Slavis.
