Strong Performance with not much to work with

After a slow start on my part, Ed got me focused and motivated. We worked through specific issues and got things done to prepare the house for sale. As a long distance seller, it was hard for me not to be in the room during the weeks leading up to the house going on the market. Eds use of technology and video bridged the gap and made it easier for me to understand key isssues that required my attention. His tireless efforts to get the hosue in the sold column are a testiment to his skill and decication to his clients.
