A consumate professional

We met Ed in 2013 when we were looking for a condominium in a very limited area of Delaware. Having had several experiences with realtors under our belt, we didn’t have high hopes this time around; however, things went smoothly with Ed as he managed problems, major or minor, that came up. And his attention to detail was impressive and resulted in a successful sale for us. Four years later, when it came time to sell our property, naturally, we turned to Ed. True to form, he handled all the details and advised us how best to present the best possible showing. Being physically distant from the property, Ed was always willing to take care of the small details on site that would have been a hardship for us to take on given the distance and working full time. Always one step ahead of us and always willing to do what needed to be done, we can’t say enough good things about Ed Cole and we will certainly always recommend him to anyone in Pennsylvania or Delaware who may need a top notch realtor.
