Edward Klem is a true professional in every sense of the word. With 20+ years in the business, he is extremely knowledgeable and ready to handle any situation with calm and finesse. He is very personable and is willing to go the extra mile. I have worked with other agents in the past who I’ve been happy with with, but Edward Klem truly stands out above the rest.

Ed was very good to work with. He understood our needs. Will use again!

Ed Klem is called "The Real Estate Guy" for a reason. He was recommended by a family member who said he was a very nice guy--that doesn't begin to describe him. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind...he gave advice and opinion only when asked, I never felt any pressure from him to make a decision. He was there after the sale was finalized, too. I highly recommend his service for buying and selling your home.

From start to finish Ed Klem listen and respected all of our wants and needs. He was more then knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that we were able to fully understand what was going on.

Me being from out of town & new to the area Ed was the perfect fit for helping me understand Broward county & get a grasp on where to look and where not to look per the goal i am trying to achieve. Was a smooth and good experience all around

I've used Ed Klem for several real estate purchase / sales and he has always been a strong professional with every aspect of the dealings. When we think real estate in future transactions will we always use and recommend to family Ed Klem.

Ed was great can't describe what a good person and expert he is. It was great to work with him, he is a knowledgeable agent who worked with me. Thank you Ed for all your help, as a realtor for over 27 years, he knows his business and knows how to get things done

Edward is wonderful to work with, makes you feel comfortable, and makes sure you understand complete process . Very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone and will be definitely working with him In the future when I purchase my new Home!!

I have done business with dozens of realtors over the past several decades as a law professional and as a client - Ed is definitely among the top 2-3 agents in my experience - not only a consummate professional, knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful but a true pleasure to deal with - in the successful recent sale of my Florida home he made a difficult and stressful situation easy and pleasant - highly recommended- thank you Ed!!

Our experience with Ed Klem was wonderful. He made the purchase of of our new home a very easy process and balanced the selling of our old home as well. Start to finish he followed the whole procedure. Wewould highly recommend him to friends and family alike.

Ed was very professional and assisted me in purchasing a bank-owned property, which comes with its own set of complications to work through. Ed remained professional and diligent throughout the process. He followed up on issues that arose during the inspection process, and even assisted me with some issues that arose after the closing. I would highly recommend Ed for both the sale and purchase of a home.
