After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth. He gave us excellent suggestions about pricing which enabled us to sell our house within four days of listing and much higher than the asking price. Ed was truly exceptional. He has been in the business for 30+ years and it showed in his level of knowledge during the entire process. There were some bumps in the road during the sale of our home, through no fault of Ed, and he remained professional and patient through it all. His calm mindset gave us the confidence that he would get the job done-and he did!!! Ed always contacted me back immediately with all of my crazy questions and when I wanted to tour homes, he would get me scheduled to visit them as quickly as he could.
