Ed Jacuinde was great to work with this last year. We sold our home with Ed and it was just like he said it would be. Ed told us he would have qualified buyers come to see the home, he said he would sell it within the time of his contract or before and he did . Ed was very good from the start of the showing the home and finding a perfect buyer and throughout the escrow . Ed is a gentleman, a true professional & very enjoyable to work with . Ed is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. He has an "A" team. He met with us and two days later our house was listed (with amazing photos). We were in escrow 4 days later and sold the house for over asking price. Through the whole process he stayed on top of it and made the process seamless. I highly recommend him and would use him again.
