I began my house search with Eddie by sitting down and doing a full review of what I was looking for, my current financial situation, and my long and short term goals. He sat with me, time after time after that, reviewing lists of newly listed and old homes, brought me to any house I requested, while also sending me excellent listings, never pressuring me to look outside of those earlier stated constraints. I think the clearest example of his passion decency came when I got swept up in a moment of anxiety by a house that was neither meeting the goals we set out, nor in the condition I had hoped, and told me he would not put in an offer for me. He recognized that I was getting nervous and was willing to pull trigger on something I would regret, and talked me out of it. He delayed his own benefit to see to it that I found the perfect home. And I did. When we finally found the right house, he recognized it, guided me on my offer, and pushed the issue, even as the seller dragged their feet. Eddie connected me with all the other people that would be instrumental in the final purchase. Without Eddie Higgins, I would not be living in a beautiful home exactly where I wanted to be, meeting all the requirements I set out when the search began. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent.

I couldn't have asked for a more patient, understanding real estate agent than Eddie. We were looking for houses/condos for over 2 years. I actually felt guilty asking him to continually accompany me to see properties. In fact, I had started to grow skeptical that I'd ever find something that I loved. Throughout the process, Eddie remained positive. When we finally found something, Eddie walked me through the entire process (I'm a novice in this world). I couldn't be more grateful to Eddie.
