Mr. Gentle is and was very knowledgeable of the market, but more so knowledgeable of the customer and what they want and what needs to happen once he takes you as a client! The small things of a text and or phone call of how your doing and also reminders goes along way when selling a house! Attention to detail but also your needs are very important! Selling a house can be stressful and your goin to want someone that knows what to do when the time is right and also when it’s not!
