For a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better advocate. I went into the process of buying a home thinking that the agent was the seller's advocate, I was wrong. Edward let me know at our first meeting that he was there for me and would be there every step of the way and he has been. I know he has gone WAY out of his way at times to accommodate my schedule. Ed helped us into our first home. Throughout the whole experience he was very educational and informative about the process, the do’s and don’ts, and what to be on the lookout for. Ed really knows his stuff. I’m a huge numbers person and this guy can talk numbers and trends all day. He really takes the time to research and study everything that’s going on in his business.He kept us in the loop with every detail and every conversation that he had with the seller. Ed was very proactive with getting things done. Once he got partnered with the our Loan Officer everything just fell into place. We were ready for closing weeks (almost a month) before the deadline.It was so nice knowing that everything was taken care of and we had nothing to worry about.I think the most important part was that he was there for any questions we had. Any time of the day, he was available and very welcoming for any questions and concerns that we had.I would highly recommend Ed. I plan on using him again in the future.

Knowledge of the market was a big deal. Telling us to jump in quick before the market turned or slowed help us gain more than we thought possible. He gave insight on all areas of the house and to show off the kitchen and garage as the biggest selling points. An open house first and get a lot of buyers in at the same time so we didn't have to leave for each showing, just 2 partial days.
Edward was assigned to me after reaching out for a home inspection. Edward worked with me for a couple of weeks whilst I was waiting for our agent to return from holidays. During that time Edward was very fast at responding, always professional and always available. He organised many home inspections for us and negotiated an offer on our behalf. Unfortunately we missed it by just a couple of thousand dollars, but the process was smooth and effortless thanks to Edward, especially given the US property market and purchase process is unfamiliar to us being Australians.
