Mr. Collins is truly an expert in his field. Very knowledgeable of the market where we were looking. We looked at more than a dozen houses which is a testament to Mr.Collins patience, dedication and determination to help us find what we were looking for. When we first walked in the door of the one we chose we knew it was the one. The offer was placed shortly after our visit and we were on our way to owning it. We could not have found a more perfect house. It’s exactly what we wanted. Thanks again to Mercere for making it all happen!
