Eduardo did a great job selling our home! We have a large family and knew the kitchen needed upgrading but it wasn't something we wanted to tackle right before a move. Eduardo did a great job listing for a reasonable price that allowed buyers to think about upgrading themselves. The hardest part was how many viewing we had and keeping the house ready to show. There was also some conflict with an inexperienced agent on the buyers side that Eduardo was very upfront about and never hesitated to ask for advice from more seasoned agents/brokers to make sure that we were never misrepresenting or misrepresented to the buyers.
