Eddy made the buying process simple and painless. He was so responsive with phone calls and email communication. What was really impressive was that Eddy sent us, my wife and I, video messages on questions that he felt needed a more comprehensive answers. This is a significant saving which allowed us to use the extra money to fix up our house and propel our STR business!! He was honest and transparent during the entire process and we really appreciate his due diligence.
