I have no words to express how grateful I am with Eddie. A year ago, I called him and he patiently answered all of my questions. As first time home buyers I was scared and overwhelmed with so much information. Buying a home was so meaningful for my family that he was so careful on dedicating us the time necessary to respond to our questions. He spent so many hours explaining and providing additional information to make the process easier. He pretty much adviced me on what to look in a house that has been renovated that I will never think of. He was so professional and dedicated so much time teaching me all about what to look for in a house that showed me he really care about us buying the best home for us. I know I couldn't get any better agent than him. He even argued with the seller to make sure they met the expected repairs after we hired an inspector. He made me and my husband feel like we were not just any buyers but a family with dreams that worked very hard to get our home. He speaks Spanish and English that makes it easier to communicate with if you have a language barrier. We just closed a few days ago and I want to share that, as a Hispanic is really nice to see how there's people in Real Estate that want to help their community and I am veryyyyy thankful for Eddie's experience and professionalism.
