My experience with realtor Becerra was a great one. My situation was such that I was in the middle of studying for the California bar exam while also trying to sell my mother's house. I entered into the transaction with some trepidation, believing it would be a huge undertaking and afraid I would be pulled away from my studies all too often. However, Mr. Becerra understood the terms I was willing to enter into with a potential buyer and he handled all aspects of the sale with little interruption to me, all while keeping to the terms. Mr. Becerra worked hard on my behalf, exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend him.
