Edric was helpful during my entire home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I knew very little about the process so I had a lot of questions, which he answered anytime. He always took the time to give me clarification on anything I did not quite understand. My home buying experience was less stressful because Edric was knowledgeable and thorough every step of the way and allowed me to go at my own pace which I greatly appreciated.
