When it was time to sell my mom's house, Edna was recommended by a trusted neighbor who had also used her. Upon initial contact, she was immediately responsive and met with us personally to review our home. As the principle of a large brokerage, she could easily have passed us on to a team member, but we worked exclusively with her. This was a true delight as her level of responsiveness to all inquiries was fantastic, regardless of the issue. Throughout showing the home, she would routinely empty a basement dehumidifier and freshen up insect traps...who does that?! She brought many potential buyers through our home in this fast paced crazy market, ultimately moving to contract and closure.
