EDNA BUENAVENTURA

This is the second property I bought with Edna Buenaventura as my Realtor. She kept me up-to-date regarding information I needed to know during the entire buying process, made sure inspections were done and repairs were completed before closing. She coordinated with the lender and selling agent effectively that we closed two weeks earlier than planned. She is straightforward, humble, and always makes time for the client. She put me first and I felt I am a very important client. I recommend Edna Buenaventura to anyone buying or selling real estate. You will be in good hands with her! I had a superior and over the top experience with Ms. Buenaventura.

As new Realtor, she have the fire on her. She is still learning of what her job is as Realtor. What I'm saying is she needs more costumer to build that confident and experience. Few issues I noticed are: she's letting her costumer do the leg work, I don't know if she reviews all the paper got sent to me because I found some mistakes when I reviewed some of the documents, contacting the seller is not the buyers job if there are issues. I should have not beg for follow ups. Like right now... closing were complete but outstanding repair still needs to be complete and scheduled. Chasing around people is not my job.

Edna is awesome. Always willing and trying to make sure everything is, and went smoothly. I will be buying soon, and definitely will be calling her.
