As a professional fiduciary I have used Edie and her teams, exceptional services before, and so when I took responsibility for this house that had many complexities I knew who to call. Edie rolled in and dictated the order of how things should be handled, based on her solid experience. I was amazed as there were many issues such as hoarding, zoning, multiple bathrooms and kitchens, tenants, roof leaks parking issues, vehicles, landscaping issues, and neighborhood conflicts. Another aspect of Edith’s strengths is her pricing wherewithal. With this particular house, its value should have been a million five, but Edie suggested coming in at 999,000 because of the properties idiosyncrasies. A offer came in and we went into escrow but dropped out the last day of the contingency. I wanted to vastly decrease the listing price but Edie advised against that and with a new pricing point of $775,000 the house sold for $777,000. I can’t describe the prompt response I get from the Miller team. They are always available by phone and if needed their response time, in person, is in the 2 hour range. I don’t believe that I can do better than with Edie and her team!

Communicative and knowledgeable. Since I do not live in the area, very helpful in getting the people needed to do the work on the property.
