Edith is the real deal and I couldn’t have had a better experience. She helped with a probate sale for a property for which I was very far away and not convenient for me at all to deal with . She did everything for me that I could not do by phone or email, which was a LOT! We were in a time crunch and needed a quick escrow. She made the sale with time to spare and helped us obtain the sale for above asking price. Very good communication and very knowledgeable of the market.
