I found a house that was perfect for me before I had a real estate agent. My friend had just sold and bought a house with Edith, so she came highly recommended. I called her to ask her to be my agent to buy my perfect house and she jumped on it. We had a showing the next day, and I decided it was the house for me. There was a competing bid, so Edith contacted the sellers agent to ask what we needed to offer. They accepted our bid and the closing had no wrinkles. Edith has been helpful referring a handyman, moving company, and anything else needed. I decided to put my existing house on the market sooner than we had discussed and that was no problem. Edith's stager, Michelle, made my home look perfect, it could have been featured in a magazine. Edith is great, kind and very supportive.
