Let me start by saying that I have never published a review about anyone or anything, and I’m making an exception now for two reasons: First is that my experience with the real estate industry has been, let’s say, a bit off-putting, and it has been a pleasant surprise to realize it doesn’t have to be that way. Secondly, I have never made a recommendation before because a recommendation is a commitment, morally, in my book. Well, I wholeheartedly recommend Edit Gabor to everyone without any reservation. I got in touch with Edit as a seller, but in the future as a buyer I would not look for anyone else. Already during our first phone conversation my intuition was positive. I really liked her determined approach and professionalism. During the transaction, I also experienced her tenacious work ethic. The level of engagement with Edit was intense - there were always updates, new actions to take and things that we had to discuss. I can easily get frustrated dealing with administrative challenges but Edit handled my reactions in a professional way and focused on getting tasks done. Thanks again to her and I hope she gets to work with less demanding clients going forwards. We discussed and agreed on all issues from the extent of renovations to setting the asking price. When the tenant moved out, events were accelerated, and I was inundated with information about the sales process. I did not recognize it at the time but Edit personally cleaned the condo, made necessary repairs, took actions, and even paid the bills (in advance) for me. She ordered professional photos and video tours of the property and the most amazing part: Within 1 day on the market, she sold the property at FULL LISTING PRICE! In summary, Edit is a highly efficient and hard-working person for whom no problem is unsurmountable - a true professional who orchestrates the transaction with infinite precision.
