Working with Mr. Salazar was a great experience, one that I can’t wait to have again. From the get go Mr Salazar made me feel comfortable, secure and calm. Purchasing a home is a big deal. He answered every question I had, I was nervous, not sure I could afford my own mortgage. Mr Salazar took the time to do an evaluation of my income and expenses and proved to me that not only could I afford a mortgage but with some tweaking I could have some savings put aside for a rainy day. Everything went some, he was in constant contact with me and I would recommend him to my closest family and friends. Buying a home was not as intimidating as I thought. Mr Salazar put my mind at ease from the start.

It's a pleasure to write this review, I was excited to start my process, with someone that I had faith in, experience, honestly, and determination to assist me from the beginning to the end . I listed my Condo on a Wednesday, the open house wasn't scheduled until that Saturday of the same week, I received a call from Mr. Salazar on that evening he stated you have someone who wants to see your condo, he showed it on that Friday before the open house, a offer was immediately made, on the spot. Two days on the market. I would recommend him, and his brother, they make up a great team, and I was Blessed to have them assist me on my journey. Kudos, and wishing them many years of SUCCESS
