Raised in a ‘real estate family’ in Irving, Texas, Edie West did not join the family business straight out of school, instead she followed her father into the ‘construction world’. Working her way through every aspect of both residential and commercial construction, Edie brings to real estate a vast array of knowledge. Her 20 plus years’ experience allows for her to guide and advise her clients with confidence through the entire process, whether building new, buying existing, commercial or real estate development. All of her experiences made her transition into real estate seamless and has proven to be the perfect combination as her real estate business has grown exponentially over the years of her real estate career.
Edie has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi-national clients with their real estate acquisitions, leases, commercial property and real estate development. Edie’s specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, land acquisition and research, new build projects and all areas of residential real estate.
Edie is focused on her family, she has been married to Alan for 28 years, mother of a beautiful 23-year-old daughter, step mom to a wonderful son and daughter in law. Alan is also in the construction world, working for US Concrete, her son owns an electrical company, her brothers are surveyors, a cousin in the mortgage business and her father is still building, the family business goes on and on.
Real estate is Edie’s passion, this passion is apparent to her clients and everyone around her as she gives her everything in all she does, for family, friends and clients alike.
