Mrs. Carbon was enthusiastic to get the listing and remained energetically active until the completion of the job. Although the property was far from her office in Fort Lauderdale, she showed up many times and even helped with gardening, cleaning and placing ornaments to make the place more presentable. Mrs. Carbon helped navigate through paperwork and closing issues, going beyond expectations to fulfil her duties as an agent.
