Right from the beginning Edgar Molina hit the ground running and never stopped! From listing the property until the final papers were signed and the SOLD sign was taken down. I really appreciated his professionalism, work ethic and strong knowledge of the housing market. He communicated with me every step of the way on what to expect and in the timeframe it would happen. He offered suggestions on how to best present my condo - with small cosmetic fixes and minor repairs to help me make a good impression on potential buyers. And talk about going above and beyond ... while I was at work, the buyers were going through for the final inspection, they noted that the smoke detector was not functioning - without hesitation, Edgar went to Home Depot, installed the new smoke alarm, and then sent the buyer's realtor a video of him testing it to prove it was in working order. Who does that??? Edgar Molina does!! I so much enjoyed working with him, and highly recommend him to help you sell your property!
