When Friendship Meets Partnership

I have always been reluctant to work with friends when it comes to money and entertainment, but with my friend Edgar, it was a no brainer. I was not sure I wanted to buy a property at the time, taking my time looking at places and feeling it out over time. Edgar told me "stop procrastinating before you DON'T do it, and just DO it!" and so I did. The property he showed me just happened to fall into my lap and worked out beautifully and for that, I could not be more grateful! I am even more so grateful that Edgar's knowledge, insight and NO BS approach to working with me was very much so appreciated. He kept me updated about all processes, document and communication points with the Seller to ensure I was not blindsided by anything. He and his team of professionals pretty much held my hand through every bit of the buying process, making sure that I understood what was happening and even taking into consideration my angst about certain aspects, and putting my mind at ease. I will always be grateful to my friend Edgar and his team, and if and when that time comes where I will buy again, I know exactly who I will go to!
