Excellent Experience , hard working and super honest

I had an excellent experience working with Edgar Flores when renting out my house. From the very beginning, Edgar provided a thoughtful and well-researched rental price recommendation that was perfectly aligned with the current market. His guidance gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. Thanks to his expertise, my home was listed at a competitive rate and attracted strong interest right away. The entire process—from pricing and marketing to tenant screening—was handled professionally and efficiently. Edgar was always responsive, transparent, and willing to answer any questions I had.
