Edgar was amazing! He was on it from the beginning. I had a previous realtor that I was working with and he never made me feel valued or important. I needed to purchase a home and I had a deadline. Edgar stuck with us through it all. The first home we were in escrow on with Edgar fell through as the seller was extraordinarily hard to deal with and didn't want to sell. The second house we were able to close. There were so many challenges with both, but Edgar was always very responsive. His communication with me was the most valuable, and I also appreciated his willingness to act as a point of contact in finding contractors to do work on our newly acquired house.
