Edgar was professional, honest and straight forward from the very beginning. We were unsure if we were even able to qualify for a home and Edgar didn't sugar coat any possibilities. We loved his clear communication throughout the whole process. He was always prompt to respond; be it emails, texts or phone calls. When viewing the homes he knew what to look for, both the positives and the negatives; and not just the home itself, but the neighborhood as well. He took a lot of stress away with his upfront honesty and knowledge of what to ask the seller or their agents when viewing homes. He was never biased and never tried swaying our decision, it was clear he wanted to make sure the decision was ours. He drove all over the bay area and worked with our busy schedules in order to show us the homes we were interested in. We ended up in a home we never even dreamed of living in, let alone owning! We couldn't be more thankful and appreciative of Edgar's hard work and dedication to getting us a place in such a short amount of time, especially during all of the winter holidays!
